Even if is so cold here, spring is come! I feel a little bit flaccid and weak because I didn't do any sport. Therefore I decided to do something! And this something is swimming! I used to swim when I was young, I swam 7 years no stop. I can't remember the reason why I stopped. But now I restart swimming frequently *yeeeeee* I'm so proud of it because I'm a chronic lazy! Really, I'm so lazy at home, I also do something, but just the things that I really love or need xD (no extras!). I love the water, it's my habitat ^^. I decided also to do some exercises at home with an elastic band from Domyos. It's easy to use and you can do many exercises with it, really! I use it for reinforcing my arms and thighs. I know that these are just few things but the idea that I really do something for me, for my body, helps me a lot. It's a difficult period for me, I'm alone without a job (now I work in my mother's shop but I'm searching "my" way). I'm a little bit depressed and swimming helps me to think positive. I want to be happy!!! And I hope to get fit xD
