Fatemi sapere ;)

I heard about it for the first time on youtube and I wanted to know more because I love drinking tea. Chai tea it's an indian tea with black tea, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove. You can find it ready in teabags (I never find them) and you can serve it with some milk, like Starbucks do. There's so so many recipe in the web. I never try the original one and I create my personal recipe which I want to share with you! I put some water in a pot then I add a stick of cinnamon, a teaspoon of ginger, 5 cloves and a teaspoon of black tea. When the water boils, I turn off the gas and let it rest for about 30 minutes or 1 hour. I usually prepare it 1 day before and I put it in a container.
I put the tea in a big cup and then I add some hot milk which I prepare with the coffee machine. Finally, I put some cocoa powder. And here it is my chai latte :) I think it's an original drink and in this way I mix my favorite ones: tea and cappuccino (I know there is no coffee but it reminds me of it XD). The spices remind me of the festive period and this tea it's perfect when it's cold outside, it warms you up.
Have you ever try chai latte? Let me know ;)
